Returns & Exchanges Policy

💬 Return Policy

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for most items. To be eligible, your item must:

  • Be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Have tags attached and be in the original packaging

To start a return, please email us at support@leshera.com with your order number and reason for return.
Once approved, we’ll send return instructions.

Please note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

🔁 Exchange Policy

Need a different size or color? We offer one free size exchange per order, if the item is in stock.
Contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll help you get the right fit.

❗ Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Lingerie, bodysuits, swimwear

  • Items marked “Final Sale”

  • Gift cards

💳 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
